A very retro gift to give this year would be a pearl necklace. From silver screen divas, to Mrs. Cleaver, to Jacqueline Kennedy, all the women who made an impact wore them. Because it is such a classic, it can be worn by a woman of any age and look elegant, never “dated.” There are also many styles to pick from. Single pearls on a mounting are popular and are very affordable, up to a complete strand of pearls of various lengths. The Pearl Outlet is a full website of different possibilities. A designer section features single and multiple pearls that are incorporated in pieces that are designed by artists, if you are looking for something a little different, too. There are classic and simple white pearl necklaces, and all sorts of pieces that feature Tahitian chocolate Pearls

l finally found out what a Tahitian Chocolate Pearl was. At first, I thought they were dyed or painted, and I was incorrect. The oysters that create them are darker in color, and have black lips and darker shells. They are also a much larger species than what you usually picture, and produce both black, and the lighter chocolate pearls. You learn something new every day!
